Who is Rebecca Professionally?

I bring over 20 years of marketing strategy experience for organizations from startups and national companies to nonprofits. Over the last 15 years, I’ve primarily worked in early-stage companies or led growing teams – navigating demands of market entry, strategic planning, omni-channel testing, and product marketing required for measurable and accountable growth trajectory.
Some key aspects of my strategic and product marketing approach:
>> Critical balance of strategy and execution, always based on rigorous analysis of market, customer, and competitor data as the foundation for planning, customer journey mapping, and decisions about marketing tactics.
>> Full-funnel, omni-channel marketing expertise that delivers brand awareness, leads, and growth. I steer brand development, product marketing, storytelling, and multi-channel digital campaigns with a professional and efficient marketing engine of people, processes, and technologies.
>> Partnership with other executives, Board members, stakeholders, customers, and vendors to build a unified vision, strategy, and goals, laying the foundation for optimal results.
On the softer, but no less strategically critical note, I am honored to be lauded for my style of servant leadership and creating high performing, unified teams.
Who is Rebecca personally?
My work passion flows into my volunteer time. I am on the Development Committee of a nonprofit focused on working with women struggling with the disease of addiction; I also consult for a life-changing nonprofit that supports those with mental illness and addiction in a truly integrated, community-based, individualized and family-centered approach. In 2019 I gave a TED talk focused on substance use disorder, recovery and the life changing nature of first person language, which was an incredible experience and stretched into talks at NH area hospitals to train healthcare providers. It is important to me to devote a large amount of personal time assisting in this area.
My free time consists of devoting myself to my love of family and other passions. I live in the greater lakes region of NH with my husband and two amazing (and wacky) dogs, Maggie and Moose. We spend as much time outside in nature hiking, kayaking and enjoying winter outdoor activities too.
My young adult sons are my world and I spend whatever time we can seeing them. Family is everything to me. I love to cook, travel, read, run and also spend what time I can writing for a local personal blog.
